Phase One of our community consulation has closed.
A community survey explored current satisfaction, potential areas of improvement, barriers to library usage and/or opinions on specific topics like new or expanded library spaces. Paper copies of the survey were available at every branch of KFPL, and provided by mail on request. We received 1,371 responses from residents across Kingston Frontenac. The survey closed Monday, April 4.
The consultants interviewed representatives from several community partners, key community leaders, and KFPL staff. We also held a series of community open house events, both virtual and in-person at every KFPL branch.
A report summarizing your feedback is now available.
