The Central Branch has been open for 5 months now, and finishing work has been going on behind the scenes during that time. A couple of more visible projects have been completed recently, such as the installation of the stucco on the underside of the large bay window. Another project has started this week, with the installation of support brackets to secure steel cladding on the planters and ramp. This claddding will protect the gas meter and provide a more finished look to the outside of the building.
Work will be ongoing over the next couple of weeks, and some temporary closures of the sidewalk may be necessary to complete the project. All service disruptions will be announced on our main website.
